iSinolaw

 

iSinolaw est une société chinoise basée à Hong-Kong créée en 2000 par un groupe de professionnels en droit et d'entrepreneurs. Elle a pour but de proposer la collection bilingue de droit chinois la plus complète possible. La traduction en anglais des documents est assurée par une équipe qui regroupe des avocats, des notaires, des professeurs d'université et des traducteurs expérimentés. La base de données d'iSinolaw est alimentée grâce à de nombreux partenariats stratégiques avec des :

  • Instances gouvernementales et administratives : Cour Populaire Suprême, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commision (CIETAC), China Maritime Arbitration Commission (CMAC), International Trade and Economic Affairs Department of the Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM), State Environmental Protection Administration.
  • Maisons d'édition : Law Press China, Peking University Press, China Legal System Publishing House.
  • Universités et instituts de recherche : Collège National des Juges, Institute of Intellectual Property of Peking University, Shanghai Fudan University, Shanghai WTO Research Institute, Law School of Shenzen University, Macao Foundation.
